I am me.

I am not perfect.
I try to do the best that I can, set goals that I can reach, and do anything to achieve them.

But I've gotten a little lost along the way, and now here I am, struggling with Anorexia, Depression, and Self Harm.

My blog isn't supposed to be a happy place. Or an advice giving place. It's just a place that I can write out all my thoughts, everything I feel, without being judged!
Maybe you'll find solace in my struggles, someone to understand. Maybe you'll find interest in watching my journey through my life, or maybe you'll even take one look at this, and turn away. Every reaction is a lesson, and I am here to learn.

This blog is access into my most private thoughts.
With that being said, enjoy!

Bracelet Project.

Has anyone heard of the bracelet project?

I found it and thought it was a good idea. So I'll post it here if anyone is interested. (:

** Each disorder has a color that corresponds to it.
Schizophrenia is Gold.
Bipolar/mood disorders are Silver.
Anorexia is Red.
Bulimia is Purple.
EDNOS is Pink.
Depression is Blue.
Self harm is Orange or Black.
Suicidal is Yellow.
Fasting is Green.
Overweight is Turquoise.
Anxiety/Panic Disorder is Teal.
Other is Brown.
Recovery is White.

You can make the strand the color of your main disorder, or you can just pick any color strand. If you are EDNOS but have more of either Anorexic or Bulimic tendencies, you can add more of that color bead.

If you see someone wearing one in public, you are supposed to make eye contact and point to your bracelet. If that person nods, then you know she is part of the Bracelet Project.

I don't think I will see anyone with a bracelet like the one I made, but I thought it was still a good idea. I made mine so it looks like a normal bracelet, but to me, it means something. It's an unspoken statement about what I'm going through.
Though mine is an anklet.
Here is mine:
