I am me.

I am not perfect.
I try to do the best that I can, set goals that I can reach, and do anything to achieve them.

But I've gotten a little lost along the way, and now here I am, struggling with Anorexia, Depression, and Self Harm.

My blog isn't supposed to be a happy place. Or an advice giving place. It's just a place that I can write out all my thoughts, everything I feel, without being judged!
Maybe you'll find solace in my struggles, someone to understand. Maybe you'll find interest in watching my journey through my life, or maybe you'll even take one look at this, and turn away. Every reaction is a lesson, and I am here to learn.

This blog is access into my most private thoughts.

Why do I wear purple?

I wear purple because I refuse to let my ED win. Right now, I may not have the will to fight Ana... But I refuse to live like this forever.

I am stronger.

I will recover. Someday.

I wear purple for my best friend who struggled with Ana as well, for the beautiful life she saw that she had. For her strength to get over it. For her support.

I wear purple for all the other ladies, and MEN, out there, struggling with an Eating Disorder. Not just Anorexia or Bulimia. But for BED, NES, and EDNOS as well. We all deserve to love our bodies, to stay strong, and to be happy. I believe that one day, we will.
It is a struggle, but one that we can beat.
It does not have to define us forever.
Crappy heart, I know. But it's my heart. (:

    I wear purple because I LOVE IT! I dyed my hair purple when I was 15 lol.
