According to MyFitnessPal, if every day were like today, I would weigh 150.4 lbs in 5 weeks.
Here's what today looked like:
Coffee this morning (guilty indulgence)
Slurpee for lunch (more guilty indulgence)
nothing for dinner.
TONS OF WATER!!!!
No solids. Only liquids.
I could deal with that, but I also know that long term fasting like this isn't possible for me.
I'll eat, and then I'll hate myself more.
So I have to re-assess this.
I put some of my safe foods into the calculator, on MyFitnessPal.
It looked like this:
Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: Tomato
Dinner: Chicken Noodle Soup
And the total came out to 162 calories!!
I could live with that... Annnd it says that if I do that for 5 weeks, then I would weigh 152 in 5 weeks. Which I can live with, because it allows for a little wiggle room. But of course I haven't factored in my exercise. I will, and then I'll update this post. For now, I'm really happy. :D
I am me.
I am not perfect.
I try to do the best that I can, set goals that I can reach, and do anything to achieve them.
But I've gotten a little lost along the way, and now here I am, struggling with Anorexia, Depression, and Self Harm.
My blog isn't supposed to be a happy place. Or an advice giving place. It's just a place that I can write out all my thoughts, everything I feel, without being judged!
Maybe you'll find solace in my struggles, someone to understand. Maybe you'll find interest in watching my journey through my life, or maybe you'll even take one look at this, and turn away. Every reaction is a lesson, and I am here to learn.
This blog is access into my most private thoughts.
With that being said, enjoy!

I get pissed at that damn app. "If every day looked like today, you would weigh 120.5 in 5 weeks." You've been saying that for a while now myfitnesspal! I actually have to tell you that breakfast is key. I do 1/4 cup oatmeal or an apple or something. If not, you stall your system so don't skip breakfast for liquids!
ReplyDeleteDon't be too hard on yourself gun. That doesn't help.
<3
An apple was included in my safe food plan :D
DeleteI eat so many apples. Oatmeal is only 70 if you do dry oats. Like 120ish for a breakfast that fuels you for hours and is safe is you don't add sugar or just add honey. Salmon canned or in those packets is great. Lean protein and tasty and fuels you too. Let yourself have good food so you won't eat bad food in craving times. :)
DeleteI will see if I can find a way to give that a shot! Thanks. (:
DeleteI'm glad you're happy! Such a change from the last posts I've read from you.
ReplyDeleteI understand how you feel about school too. Right now my bf is kind of in the same boat as you- he's getting grades that he's unhappy with and he needs to do well. If he doesn't he might get kicked out of school.
It's such a stressful situation and it seems like there's nothing to be done to get out of it, but as a third party observer there is hope. School will be over soon and then you won't have to think about it ever again.
Thanks! I will keep trying.
DeleteSummer is my goal for now, thanks.
That sounds like a good plan :) I want to work up a meal plan that isn't impossible for my day-to-day life when I'm not liquid fasting.
ReplyDeleteMuch much love <3

That sounds like such a good idea! Thanks. And good luck to you.

ReplyDeleteGood luck with your plan! I think it's a great idea to have safe go-to foods for each meal - I do it too.
ReplyDeleteI never trust the "if every day were like today" thing. I turned off the 'complete this entry' button ages ago, so I don't even bother looking at a 5 week projection anymore. I'd either lose much more or much less. It's impossible to tell when you have such a crazy metabolism!
xx
I wish I had a metabolism like that!
