I am me.

I am not perfect.
I try to do the best that I can, set goals that I can reach, and do anything to achieve them.

But I've gotten a little lost along the way, and now here I am, struggling with Anorexia, Depression, and Self Harm.

My blog isn't supposed to be a happy place. Or an advice giving place. It's just a place that I can write out all my thoughts, everything I feel, without being judged!
Maybe you'll find solace in my struggles, someone to understand. Maybe you'll find interest in watching my journey through my life, or maybe you'll even take one look at this, and turn away. Every reaction is a lesson, and I am here to learn.

This blog is access into my most private thoughts.
With that being said, enjoy!

I think I've realized why I don't like this lady in my house.

She's been there for like a day, and she's bought so much food. Like she literally went grocery shopping, even though we had food at our house. And she's cleaning my house, too.
Now, normally that isn't bad, right?
But it makes me feel so guilty, that she thinks my house needs to be cleaned.

I hate letting people into my house, because I feel like they always judge how my dad and I live. Her son, who is 17 like me, said that he's shocked that our upstairs living room is basically a storage for my dad's tools. That's where my dad puts all of his tools for work, and it it just feels like that's normal. But I guess not.
I know that my house is different than other people's, and that it isn't really like a "home". I never bring my friends (what few I have) over, and I don't spend much time there myself. If I do spend time there, it's in my room. That's it.

The other day, they got home while I was smoking, and I felt like she knew, even though she never saw. When she mentioned that we were having dinner, I panicked a little, and some of my ED habits came out. She saw them, and I feel like she keeps staring at me, trying to find something that's not right. Ugh.

Anyways, she offered to take me to school this morning, and keeps trying to push food on me. I keep telling her that I'm not hungry, I don't want food.
I have to hide so much from her, and it's different. With my dad, he never really pays attention to me. He doesn't notice if I don't eat, or if I do something that is ED related. But this lady, I feel like she's trying to take the place of my mom. I don't need a mom, I have never needed a mom, and this lady is a joke if she thinks that she can act like one for me.

After my dad's second wife, I said fuck it. I wasn't going to let anyone act as a part of my family ever again. And that's what I feel like this lady is doing, and it irritates me. I think she knows about the weed, so I'm afraid she'll tell my dad. But whatever. I can deny it, right? And besides, it's not like she'll find any evidence. She kept looking at me, finding reasons to knock on my door. I was burning sage this morning, and I know that most people don't do that, but I felt like it was my room to do what I wanted.

I want this lady out. I want her out of my house, I want her out of my life, I don't like her, I don't like what she's trying to do, I don't like the threat she poses to me, and I don't trust her.
I have guard tonight and I get home late. I don't like that, because I feel like she could go into my room. I don't think she's that kind of person, and the only incriminating things she could find in my room would be my laxatives and my razor blade. Everything else is pretty well hidden. But just that thought.

What is wrong with me? When did I get so paranoid?
I'm never this bad.

  1. I don't blame you for not liking her... She's some strange lady who's moved into your home, and is trying to change everything. It's wrong of her to try and act like your mother, it'd piss me off too.
I hope things get less tense soon, it just sounds like a totally shit situation.

    1. I'm working on just keeping to myself, but not totally being a bitch either.
I am hoping it will improve when my dad gets back. Which should be soon, but i'm not extirely sure when. Thanks Bella. Xx

  2. I can understand why it has you on edge but maybe she isn't trying to be your mom. Maybe she's trying to shpw you genuine care and you're perceiving the situation wrong you know? Maybe she's staring at you because she can feel hostility from you. No matter the situation it's uncomfortable for someone to make you uncomfortable you know? I think the communication is bad and maybe it's not that way or it's not as bad as you thought. Just try to relax a little and don't be so extreme woman! She's just a lady, not a bomb. :P I know you've been hurt but you can't let bitterness harden you to new people. You'll never know what they contribute. :)
Smile just a litttle? One day closer to being done amd closer to your dad being home.
    Hugs!

    1. I'm trying to not be so hostile, or just to be simple and sweet when I talk to her.
I also wasn't aware I was being extreme. Maybe i'm just upset because I got no warning that she was coming, so I didn't have a chance to prepare and do certain things.
I'm not exactly bitter, unless you try to be my mom. Then we'll have some problems. Like I said, I don't need a mom. But you're right. Maybe she isn't trying to be my mom, and is instead just trying to be kind.
I am smiling, just occasionally. And about different things.
Thank you for your advice though. I will definitely try to keep it in mind. Xx Hugs. (:

    2. That's totally understandable. When I'm not prepared I sometimes get this all or nothing thinking because it's sort of a defense mechanism. Maybe you could talk to your dad about how you feel and next time just being respectful of your feelings and not just surprising you like that?
And oh! The cleaning thing. Who cares haha. I'm a bit messy (except the kitchen because of mircroorganisms and food intoxications that could result from that)
I always feel like I'm mothering you or something ahhhh sorry girl!
I'm more of the analyzing, come at it from a different angle type.
Hey, it's Wednesday! Another one down. Chin up sweetie.
      Lots of hugs!

    3. You're not mothering me at all. I like heraring your take on things, how you see it. It's different than how I see it, but not in a bad way. You're right though, I just have to go with it. Thanks! Xx
