I was walking around the track and my brother showed up with his "girlfriend" and her 8 year old daughter.
The whole situation just made me sad. He said they were walking to Walmart. But, like the brother that he is, we sat in the middle of the track where there was grass, and we kinda talked. Not a lot.
I see my brother, and the little girls' mom, and I feel sad.
She's 8. Both her and my brother smoke (weed and no doubt other things) all the time, and he thinks he's a gangster. He dresses in clothes 3 sizes too big, always all one color (black, red, or orange), and he had a gun hanging from his pants. I wouldn't be surprised if it was real, but I'm not 100% sure.
He carries a knife, and 2 axes on him. He was stoned off his ass.
He thinks he is a gangster, and who knows. Maybe he is. Apparently he works at Burger King, under the table.
Honestly. That is not a life, and I just feel sad for him.
This is who he has become. I have no doubt he will end up dead from something related to gangs.
I can't let myself care, because I can almost guarentee it'll happen and that if I let myself care, it'll be too much. I want him to be a big brother for me, someone I can rely on. But I doubt that will happen, so there's no point in hoping.
I just hope, for the sake of her life, her 8 year old daughter Hayli doesn't have to see it. Doesn't have to see any of the violence. That they don't bring her into their gang stuff.
I am me.
I am not perfect.
I try to do the best that I can, set goals that I can reach, and do anything to achieve them.
But I've gotten a little lost along the way, and now here I am, struggling with Anorexia, Depression, and Self Harm.
My blog isn't supposed to be a happy place. Or an advice giving place. It's just a place that I can write out all my thoughts, everything I feel, without being judged!
Maybe you'll find solace in my struggles, someone to understand. Maybe you'll find interest in watching my journey through my life, or maybe you'll even take one look at this, and turn away. Every reaction is a lesson, and I am here to learn.
This blog is access into my most private thoughts.
With that being said, enjoy!
